You agree to use Relecto EV products in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and user manual. Any modifications, alterations, or customizations to the product that are not explicitly recommended by Relecto EV may void the warranty and compromise the product's safety and performance.

Relecto EV retains all intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, related to its products, designs, technologies, and software. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Relecto EV's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To ensure the safety, performance, and longevity of your Relecto EV electric bike, you must follow the maintenance instructions outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual provided with the product. Failure to adhere to the maintenance guidelines may result in reduced performance or voiding of the warranty.

Relecto EV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Relecto EV products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur.

Relecto EV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date."
